I am delighted to welcome the aspiring students of Higher Education on a vibrant journey of learning at MIT-World Peace University (MIT-WPU), the Flagship University of the MIT Group of Institutions. You will surely feel a sense of pride in these very precincts, which boast a legacy of four decades and have produced many brilliant and gifted minds. We have always been uniquely committed to providing young minds not just the necessary means and knowledge to excel in their professional lives, but also the values that are vital to mould them as complete human beings. Over 100,000 proud alumni, doing extraordinary assignments around India and the globe, are testimony to our commitment and high standard of teaching.
Amidst this challenging environment, I am happy that an island of hope and stability is emerging with a mission to promote the ethos of value-based education, and at the same time, creating awareness amongst young students about the importance of establishing a Culture of Peace for a holistic global society.
